About Me
I grew up straddling two oak trees- a traditional eastern upbringing and the conventional western upbringing. I speak two languages. My travels exposed me to a diverse population. My younger version yearned for a creative/design life thus my heart pulsates for textiles, bright colors, textures, and beautiful aesthetics. My degree in Business served me well during my time styling and in visual merchandising. However along my journey, while it was fun to decorate and make things beautiful externally, there was a lack of wholeness. In this process I discovered that helping people to integrate, find balance, and create a connection with their heart, mind, spirit and body deepened my capacity to support others in discovering their strengths to lead meaningful and fulfilled lives. My experience in the mental health field expands over 10 years. In my spare time you can find me hanging from a tree or boulder, discovering new hiking trails, meditating, engaging in yoga or spending time outside.
